Imposter Syndrome Is A Sign Of Great Leaders

Imposter Syndrome is a sign of great leadership.

It means you're living outside your comfort zone.

It means you're not a clueless, arrogant leader.

It means you're doing new things that no one else wants to do.

It means you're leading in spite of fear, not out of fear.

So stop hiding it.

Stop worrying about it.

Have a few laughs about it.

Admit you deal with it like every other leader who's ever done anything important.

Then get back to leading.
