
If you want to up your leadership game, up your habit of appreciating others. Appreciating others means "catching people" doing things right and making a big deal of it. It means bragging on people in front of the people they care about. It means seeking out those that quietly show up every day and get it done with little or no recognition and making a BIG DEAL out of what they do. Don't over think it. Get busy and 10x the time you spend appreciating others. Not only will it come back to you as your influence with them increases, but it will give them a shot of energy that only you as their leader can give. Do it.
