Business coaching works for owners and CEOs who have a high desire to push their business to a new level of success, but also have some things holding the business back. I provide a safe space for leaders to be authentic about their business, their future, and their life.  

Strategic problems I help solve often have to do with creating a clear vision that is exciting and worth working for. That may also include you making leadership decisions, business model changes, and branding shifts.

I also spend quite a bit of time helping with more tactical things like developing the right compensation plans for key roles and leaders, helping steer decisions about when a leader's season needs to end, interviewing new people for key roles, and—in some cases—helping find special leaders that I know fit your unique needs.

Most often, it's one of 3 situations:

1. Businesses that are in a fast growing season, but need help with foundational things like creating a leadership team, compensation, etc.
2. The second type are businesses that were thriving, but are cooling off and need to re-invent products, services, roles, brands, etc.
3. The third type are business with a fire to put out, an immediate tactical need that must be solved before we can back up and be more strategic. This might be a sales problem, replacing a senior person or making hard decisions about people in the business.

I do not require any contractual length of coaching. I am pretty good at giving you a length of time it will take us to solve your specific needs once we assess them. Either of us can pause or end the coaching relationship at any time.

Cost varies according to how aggressively we choose to get to work and the amount of time we invest together. But most clients decide to invest between $5,000 and $10,000 per month over 12 to 18 months. I am typically the one to suggest weening from coaching once we have created enough momentum for you to continue without coaching or at a reduced level.

I spent two decades as part of a leadership team that grew a startup into a national brand and grew a team of 18 people in rented cubicles to a team of 1,000 on a 70-acre campus. My income came solely from growing profits.

I've hired, fired, sold, mentored, and grown leaders for a living. I'm not a strategic planner, a professor, or a flavor of the week consultant. I'm a guy that loves business, loves to make businesses grow, loves making them more operationally excellent, and I will care almost as much about the outcome as you will.
